Location of the Ice Islands and PP

The Polar Patrol Headquarters fort is in Vega, the bottom-right Island on Map 2.  The three main islands are Vega, Folda, and Senja.  Senja is the island which has the little city (right-middle of Map 2).  Folda is the largest island north of Vega.  Vega is south of Folda and is houses our HQ fort.

To get to the Ice Islands, you have to travel to Carlin.  Then follow west until you hit the sea.  Then follow the shore north where you will see a ferry (like a dock).
